A lot of offices talk about teamwork and agent involvement, but only one company puts the agents in charge. At Keller Williams, the ALC is one of the best examples of KW's team-oriented culture.
What is the ALC?

Financial Accountability
At each ALC meeting, the market center's profit and loss statements are shared and discussed. The ALC locates opportunities to lower expenses and optimize the use of existing resources. By inviting agent leaders to take part in the financial decisions of the market center, office leaders are compelled to make financial decisions that benefit the agents.
Learn from the Best
Since the ALC is comprised of the top agents at each market center, it is in the best position to author and refine training programs that help agents achieve higher levels of success in our constantly evolving industry. At each meeting, the ALC discusses current market conditions, and develops new training and mentoring programs that help agents adapt and evolve.
New Initiatives
The ALC is always on the lookout for new ways to promote the culture of excellence and teamwork at KW. This could be anything from starting an office food drive to implementing web-based collaboration systems. Since the ALC is actively selling and succeeding, they are always have their finger on the pulse of the office, and use this knowledge to advance the office and improve the lives of everyone who works there.
