According to J.D. Power, an independent information services firm, Keller Williams, ranks highest among all national real estate brokerages in satisfying homebuyers. How did J.D. Power come to this conclusion? Science, of course! After performing an exhaustive study, surveying thousands of buyers and sellers on several different categories, KW scored a full 11 points higher than any other company, securing the only 5-star rating.

Full spectrum dominance

J.D. Power surveyed buyers in three crucial categories: agent, office, and services. J.D. Power then assembled all of these scores to determine the top overall company. This year, the math was pretty simple, since KW finished number one in all three categories.
