How do you generate leads?
We use several online advertising channels, including Craigslist, Monster, Indeed, SimplyHired, Facebook, SalesGravy, Glassdoor, Oodle, and an entire network of syndicate job sites. We also use social networks, search engines, and email campaigns to drive traffic to your site and generate leads.
Do I have to pay more for all of these online ads you're talking about?
No. All of the ads we use to generate leads are included in the monthly subscription fee.
How does the free trial work?
We collect your basic contact information (so we know where to send your leads), then we set you up with your REDcareers site and begin generating leads for you immediately. Towards the end of the month, we'll check in with you to see if you would like to continue with a paid subscription. There are no strings attached, and we won't even collect your payment information until you decide to move forward with a paid subscription. Sign up for the free trial here.
Is the free trial the same as the paid subscription?
There are a few small differences. First, we use the majority of our ad channels in the trial, but not all of them, so you can expect to see an even higher number of leads with your paid subscription. Second, the free trial website is not customizable. With your paid subscription, you can upgrade to our Basic or Pro set up package and we can customize just about everything on your REDcareers site.
If I want to start my paid subscription before my trial expires, can I still get the free 30 days?
Absolutely. This is something a lot of market centers do, and it makes the 30 days even more valuable. As soon as we have your order form, we unlock all of the features of the paid subscription and begin customizing your site. You can do this on day one of your trial, or wait until the end. By upgrading prior to the end of the 30 days, you receive all of the benefits of a paid subscription even during your 30-day trial period. Either way, we won't begin billing you until your 30 days run out.

If I start with the Basic set up package and want to upgrade to the Pro package down the line, can I do that?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a Pro setup package at any time. Better yet, if you choose to upgrade, you'll only pay the difference between the Pro set up and your existing set up package.
How customizable is my REDcareers site?
With either the Basic or Pro set up packages, almost everything is customizable. The navigation bar is the only part of the site that is fixed. We can change/add/edit anything else, including adding any of your own photos, videos, or site content.
How do I make changes or add something to my website? Who makes them, and do I have to pay anything extra?
Email your request to support@redcareers.com and we'll take care of the rest. Changes are generally made that same day. You can make as many changes as you'd like at no additional charge.
What is your turnaround time to set up and/or edit my site?
Most new sites and site edits are completed within a few hours, but some may take up to 48 hours.
WHAT IS THE REDCAREERS AGENT OPTION?
REDcareers Agent is an optional feature that allows you to provide personalized recruiting websites to agents at your market center for an additional $100/month. The leads captured on these agent sites go straight to your inbox, increasing the total amount of leads you can receive exponentially. At the same time, your agents build their downline by sending qualified leads your way.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY OF MY AGENTS CAN USE REDCAREERS AGENT?
No. Once you add the REDcareers Agent option to your subscription, every agent at your market center is immediately eligible for a REDcareers Agent site.
HOW DO I ADD THE REDCAREERS AGENT OPTION TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you are a new subscriber, you will have the option to add REDcareers Agent to your subscription during the signup process. If you are already a subscriber, you can contact us directly at support@redcareers.com and we will activate the feature for you.
I WANT REDCAREERS TO MAKE POSTS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE. HOW DO I SET THAT UP?
You can set that up during the sign up process with one click. If you skipped that step while signing up, you can activate it here at anytime.
What is my website address going to be?
It's entirely up to you. You can choose any available domain. We'll purchase it and host it for you for no additional cost. If you need suggestions, let us know, and we'll provide you with some ideas.

What's with the 12-month commitment?
One of the reasons we can deliver so many leads for such a low cost is our ability to negotiate long-term bulk ad pricing with top job sites. In other words, when you sign up for a paid subscription, we purchase a huge block of ads for your site that will be allocated over the next year. By requiring a one-year commitment, we can offset these costs and ensure that your subscription price is as low as possible.
Are there any extra/hidden fees?
No. All you'll ever pay is your one-time set up fee, and your monthly subscription fee.
