What is Ignite?

Ignite is KW's newest training program. Designed for new associates (and seasoned veterans in need of a tune-up), Ignite shows agents how to see immediate results in their business through focusing on the most important element of a successful business: lead generation. By implementing proven lead generation techniques, agents experience explosive growth in their business almost immediately after the class begins.

Daily 10-4

The foundational concept of Ignite is "Daily 10-4." Each day, agents perform 4 specific actions 10 times:

1. Add 10 people to your database
2. Call and connect with 10 people from your database
3. Write 10 handwritten notes to people in your database
4. Preview 10 homes weekly (2 per day)

By performing these steps every day, the average agent can expect at least 16 closed deals a year. It's that simple!
