Brett is an energetic, well-liked team leader with extensive real-life experience in the real estate industry. Brett encourages his team members to become active in the decision-making at their market center--a principle that is evident in his open-book, open-door policy and his frequent engagement with the Agent Leadership Council. Brett believes in working with each associate on their terms. He is patient and supportive with newer agents, and has the wisdom and experience to offer the sophisticated support structure required by more experienced agents. Brett was honored to be named one of REALTOR Magazine's "30 Under 30" Class of 2010 for his work and experience leading a Keller Williams Realty office in Madison, WI to the next level of success at such a young age. He is excited to bring that same passion for excellence to Palm Beach Gardens in 2012 and beyond.
