Top 10 Place to Work in America

In a recent survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics, Keller Williams ranked as one of the top 10 workplaces in the United States. The annual National Top Workplaces list was compiled from over half a million survey results, and covered over 800 of America's largest corporations. Keller Williams was selected for its overall culture and industry-leading training, mentoring, facilities, and employee benefits.

#1 in REAL Trends Rankings

The annual REAL Trends Rankings, which evaluate real estate brokerages on the basis of volume, growth, and closed transactions were recently released, demonstrating the supremacy of KW brokerages across the nation. Of the top 500 brokerages by closed transactions, 23% were Keller Williams brokerages. Of the top 500 brokerages by closed volume, 24% were KW brokerages. No other brokerage even came close to these percentages.

The rankings also revealed a strong year of growth across the board for KW agents, who saw a 19% increase in closed transactions per agent and a 16% increase in gross commissions per agent. These solid increases resulted in $38 million in profit share revenue--up 11% from the previous year.
