Burk Baker has been a certified instructor since 1977 and has been the owner of Burk Baker School of Real Estate & Appraising since 1981. Before opening the Burk Baker School of Real Estate & Appraising, Burk was a certified instructor and school director for two other real estate schools.

The overall mission of the Burk Baker School of Real Estate and Appraising is to develop and promote educational programs that establish and/or improve the competency of licensees, and to train applicants for licensing and for active participation in the real estate industry.

We prepare you to pass the exam and also to enter the world of Real Estate as an experienced Salesperson.
