Associate Leadership Council (ALC)
The Associate Leadership Council (ALC) is the most direct way that agents can influence the priorities and environment of the offices they work in. The ALC is comprised of agent leaders selected by fellow agents to represent the values and priorities of their fellow agents. The ALC works in tandem with office leadership to determine the direction of the market center and make key administrative decisions.
