"I am using RedCareers as well with good success. Since we are teaching IGNITE! On a monthly basis it makes sense to leverage IGNITE! with the new to the business agents. It is not taking any more of my time to teach to two new agents than eight new agents. Instead of doing career night once a month, I am able to do it weekly. I schedule my career seminar for Thursday's at 4, and schedule all the PRE-school, post-school, PRE-state test and post-state test candidates as well the rookies in the business to one energy filled room. I have the ability to set up a pipeline of new agents, help them with their test taking skills, and weed out the low motivated before joining. Overall, since February (through May), I have had 2 cappers, three half cappers, five quarter cappers and six new agents come through Red Careers. Also, I have partnered with a real estate school and am offering a delayed graduation scholarship, that they will have their school cost reimbursed at their first closing. I am at net 35 for the year and am having a lot of fun. If we are JediMasters, then RedCareers is the force! :)."
